Secondly, employers feel like you are there to collect money or gain technique then quit. All employers need people they can grow with. They need to gain a sense of trust and confidence in you.

If you have such a clause, kindly know how to work on your CV without exploiting your skills and expertise.

It is always good to perform a background research of the company you are sending out your application to. Why? This will help you know how to handle interview questions in any panel without posing yourself as threat to the firm and its operations, the recruiters and those already working there. Moderation is good. You will show your claws after you get that job.

Finally, know when and where you can mention your side hustle and how you take it. Employers need someone who will give 100% dedication to their tasks. In the world today, we say @keep it chini ya maji”. Know when to disclose your next move and when to keep silence.
