MAKE YOURSELF A BRAND!

Yourself and your skills are the tools that you need to shine your star in your profession. Make sure you are a brand! Let your current employer not think about losing you.

How do you ensure as a graduate you are relevant in your career? Ensure you are actively attached and acquiring skills even without permanent employment. Most employers prefer poaching than getting one from the comfort of their homes.

Remember you need to stand out amongst thousands of applicants for any position that you are eyeing.

To avoid getting frustrated, ensure you have met at least 80% of the qualifications that have been outlined for any position.

It is also important to make sure that your CV is attractive. And that it outlines your skills, qualifications, expertise and achievements.

A verbose CV without attention to details, specific to your field, on your expertise, is just a waste of  your resources.

Ensure you have basic or minimum interview questions and tips as to what you should expect and how best to tackle them.
